Insulin Syringes Recalled

ReliOn disposable, hypodermic syringes manufactured by Tyco Healthcare
Group and sold by Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores are being recalled
due to possible mislabeling, which may result in an overdose as much
as 2.5 times the intended dose. That could lead to serious health
consequences and even death.
